Prerequisites
1. Only Aadhaar verified UAN holders can file e-nomination
2. Facility is available only from the UAN based login of the member
3. Keep UAN Number / Password / Aadhar Card / Bank Account Number with IFS Code / Digital Copy of Passport Size Photo

Step 1- https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in/memberinterface/
Step 2- Update all fields in View–>Profile Section
Step 3- Add Whole Family Details Manage–>E-Nomination
(Add all members even if he does not wish to nominate them under PF)
Step 4- Select the Nominee and their percentage
Step 5- Verify all details and submit

Important Part e-Verification
Step 1- Create Aadhar Virtual ID
Step 2- In UAN Member Portal, Verify by e-Sign 
Step 3- Finally Download the e-signed pdf file for reference
