REFUND OF SEMESTER FEE DEPOSITED BY CANDIDATES IN THE INSTITUTE:
As per AICTE Publice Notice Advt. No. AICTE/DPG/06(02)/2009, in the event of student/candidate withdrawing before the starting of the course, the wait listed candidates should be given admission against a vacant seat. The entire fee collected from the student, after a deduction of Processing Fee of not more than Rs.1000/- shall be refunded and returned by the institution to the student/candidate withdrawing from the programme. It would not be permissible for institutions to retain the school institution leaving certificates in originally. If a student leaves after joining the course and if the seat subsequently falling vacant has been filled by another candidate by the last date of admission, the Institute shall return the fee collected after proportionate deduction of monthly fee and hostel rent, mess charges, etc, where applicable.
For refund of semester/admission fee deposited in the Institute, candidate has to give the refund application before 31th July 2017 (which is the last date of admissions) and get a receipt of the same. The Institute shall not retain any original certificates/testimonials of the students/candidates.
